This time I work after returning from my town in Klaten Central Java, unfortunately, I feel that working as a worker on the site more has benefits than in the office, especially in the Head Office. On-site, we get 2 weeks off in every 8 weeks of work and all facilities like eating, laundry, and ticketing are already served by the company, on the other hand, if we work in the head office, we only get a holiday twice every week and red calendar/holiday together although we can live together with our family every day. I hope from this I can finish my home, so I can decide to prefer easy to continue at another company, I will try again the company of mining that sees workers at to job site.
